It is with great sadness that we write this blog post. As many of you have likely heard by now on March 4, 2023, Kutner Law LLP lost one of its founding partner, Howard Kutner (please excuse any typos as Howard always insisted that he proof read each blog post that was sent out).
Following his graduation from Osgoode Hall Law School Howard practiced corporate and real estate law for many years. He was joined by Michael (his son and “son in law”, as he liked to joke) in the beginning of 2014. Together they formed Kutner Law LLP and were able to work together for 9 years (not long enough if you ask Michael). Kutner Law LLP would not have been possible if it wasn’t for Howard’s leadership, wisdom and hard work. Kutner Law was very important to Howard and we are sure that he wished he could have continued serving our clients for many years longer.
We would like to assure everyone that we will do our best to continue to honor Howard’s legacy going forward by continuing to practice everything that he taught us.
