Georgea S. Wolfe

Georgea S. Wolfe is a lawyer with KPK Law LLP, practicing in Markham, Ontario.  Called to the Ontario Bar in 1985, she is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School (LL.B.) and York University (B.A.).  A seasoned lawyer with extensive and broad transactional experience, Georgea’s practice encompasses corporate-commercial law, real estate law, wills and estates, mortgage lending work and business law. 

For many years Georgea was an executive member of the Real Property Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association. The section executive provides resources, education and mentorship to Ontario lawyers practicing in the area of real estate law.  In that capacity Georgea has written numerous articles in the area of real property, delivered lectures, and chaired various continuing legal education programs.
