His expertise extends to facilitating the buying and selling of dentistry and other health-related practices, as well as overseeing the incorporation of medical and dental corporations and handling matters related to real estate law.

Prior to establishing KPK Law, Michael initiated his legal career at a Bay Street firm. Subsequently, he co-founded Kutner Law LLP, where he dedicated a decade of service. His extensive experience during this period honed his expertise in managing various legal facets associated with the healthcare industry.
Michael holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. He further pursued his academic journey, earning both an American JD law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Canadian LLB from the University of Windsor.
Away from the legal arena, Michael is an avid skier and a passionate supporter of the Raptors and Blue Jays. His diverse interests reflect a well-rounded individual committed to both professional excellence and personal pursuits.
